From balance and coordination, to joint repair and chemical/hormonal balancing, Xia’s unique Life Nourishing Tai Chi is based upon thousands of years of Daoist Life Nourishing Wellness practices taught in the sacred birthplace of tai chi in the remote mountains of China.
